After much time and change in government both Federally and Provincially, the next step in emissions controls for the Oil and Gas Industry is upon us. The newest version is reaching Gazette II for the Federal government to put BLIERS into regulation federally. This news was just released on June 27, 2016 on the Government of Canada website.

The next steps for most of the affected owners of these engines, boilers and kilns will be published shortly and it is going to be an interesting next couple of years for our clients. The need for engine emission management will be the new industry to take a hold in the entire sector of Oil and Gas in Alberta.
